We are seeking an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Operations, such as but not limited to, building out customer accounts, creating welcome packets
Order supplies and coordinate with coffee vendors, restaurant catering/lunch orders and other vendors, as well as building management when needed
General office space and conference room maintenance
Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors and answer and direct phone calls
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, as well as manage outgoing mail and small parcels
Assist with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure: printer errors, computer set up, etc.
Provide administrative support to senior executives as assigned, to include travel arrangements, calendar management, personal tasks
Complete or assist with special projects as requested by senior management
Other duties assigned ad-hoc
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquette
Accomplished customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to successfully work in a small, collaborative team environment
Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google suite and PowerPoint
Track-record of success in high pressure, time-constrained environments
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated
