Job Responsibilities:

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the functions of the sales and delivery teams working directly with our clients, consultants, as well as our internal team.

Serve as a point of contact between consultants and internal teams.

Coordinating the consultant hiring process which can include sending resumes, scheduling interviews, following up on extensions and redeployment.

Maintain and update interview schedule and confirm meetings.

Proactively address scheduling conflicts and ensure optimal time utilization.

Work with consultants to ensure they are prepared for interviews, troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Communicate project requirements, expectations, and updates to consultants.

Gather and review weekly consultant project status reporting and elevating any issues internally.

Maintain relationship with consultants throughout the project life cycle.

Coordinate any events and possible travel if needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and execute special projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 4 years of business experience in a professional environment

1-2 years staffing industry experience is preferred

Strong analytical and data skills with a high level of attention to detail

Must possess an ability to multi-task and move between tasks rapidly while ensuring quality of data, processes, and consistency

Must be comfortable working independently as well as with a variety of levels of individuals

High sense of urgency with ability to work tight deadlines efficiently and calmly.

Ability to think on your feet.

Must be incredibly organized.

Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent professional image, demeanor, and judgment

Career oriented, hardworking individual

Enjoys learning about technology and picking up new skills and processes quickly

High competency with computer systems and software

College degree strongly preferred but we could make an exception for the right person

Pluses:

Understanding of the IT industry and IT terminology

We use Salesforce.com for our CRM and ATS. Some exposure is a plus

Previous experience as a customer service specialist

Previous experience scheduling interviews
