Job Overview
Ocean Ritz is a high rise condominium. We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team (Property Manager, Front desk and four Maintenance employees) in various office functions. The Administrative Assistant will work under the direction of the Property Manager and in collaboration with the Front Desk Assistant.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday

Preferred hours: 12:00pm – 4:00pm.

Duties

Manage assigned office tasks including filing, data entry and maintaining organized records.
Provide administrative support to team by preparing communications, documents and reports.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Assist with front desk duties for homeowners, guests and vendors/contractors.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance productivity.

Skills

Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is not required but would be a plus.
Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

4 hour shift
Monday to Friday
