Magna Events has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator / Front Desk to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our company while supporting the smooth day-to-day administrative operations that keep our projects and people moving.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Reception & Coordination

• Reception / Hosting / Call center duties

• Organizing Magna’s agenda, meetings & recces (site visits)

• Managing incoming calls, emails, and front desk communication

Office & Administrative Support

• Supporting the daily operations of the office

• Coordinating internal communication and schedules

• Assisting teams with administrative tasks across projects

• Managing suppliers and basic operational processes

Travel & Logistics

• Organizing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and logistics for both domestic and international business trips

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative / front desk / coordination role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Fluency in English (written and verbal)

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Experience in events is a plus
