• Assist Senior Director in managing schedules and travel

• Organize and facilitate meetings and team events

• Oversee administrative aspects of employee transitions

• Ensure financial tracking of consultant services

• Draft and format key administrative documents

Requirements:

• Diploma in secretarial studies or equivalent experience

• 5+ years in a high-demand administrative role

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications

• Fluent in French, both spoken and written

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools
