Administrative Coordinator – HR leadership Team Jobs in Florida at Blue Origin

Job Title: Marketing & Admin Assistant

Location: Weehawken, NJ (easy commute from NYC, Hoboken, and surrounding areas)

Schedule: Part-time, approx. 20-24 hours per week, on-site Tuesday -Thursday

Compensation: $20/hour

We are an innovative, media-savvy, and community-driven law firm with a division called Bridelawyers.com. We focus on everything brides and grooms need to make their married lives go smoothly and also work with wedding vendors. Our team is led by two accomplished women attorneys who are not only experts in their field but also mentors to many women entrepreneurs. We combine legal expertise with a creative marketing approach, appearing on podcasts, authoring books, running and attending events, and maintaining a vibrant social media presence.

You’ll Handle:

Social Media & Digital Content

Finalizing and scheduling posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Assisting with content creation (copying, editing, repurposing Reels/posts, taking occasional photos/videos/B-roll for brand)
Editing and uploading Reels and YouTube videos
Formatting and posting blogs and (Godaddy or similar)

Client & Marketing Communication

Sending appointment confirmations, Zoom links, paylinks, and follow-up emails
Preparing and scheduling email blasts (Constant Contact or similar)
Supporting lead tracking, client relations, and initial client intake

Administrative Tasks

Managing calendars and booking appointments
Weekly reports and task follow-ups
Copying files, organizing assets, and supporting the general workflow

Event & Marketing Support

Researching and executing marketing opportunities
Coordinating promotional materials, signage, gift bags, etc.
Obtaining permits and certificates of insurance
Signing up for vendor events and ensuring all materials are ready
Attending local events to help with setup, client interaction, and overall support

You’re a Fit If You:

Love keeping things organized and moving forward
Are a clear, kind communicator
Have experience with tools like Canva, Instagram, YouTube, Zoom, Godaddy, Hootsuite, Constant Contact, and Google Drive
Work independently and meet deadlines
Are comfortable showing up in person for occasional NJ/NYC-based events generally on evenings and very occasionally on weekends

Bonus Points For:

Editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube)
Experience in the wedding/events space or with social/digital marketing
