Administrative Coordinator II Jobs in Jackson, MI at Consumers Energy

· Assist and report to the Director of Construction Management: Manage phone, meetings, calendar, mail, and files; assist with obtaining proposals and bids, prepare and issue budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and perform general accounting using Microsoft Excel and Yardi Property Management Software;

· Monitor and coordinate with elevator contractors and consultants, and assure compliance with the removal of violations, governmental inspections, and other contract requirements.

· Provide general support to project and property managers within the organization in the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, lien waivers, and assist with the release of payments to contractors. Ordering and distribution of office supplies. Assist and support the execution of projects as may be requested.

· General Construction office responsibilities include the organization and filing of office files.

· Limited company office support as may be needed for switchboard coverage, and special projects.

Requirements:

· High School diploma, with higher education a plus.

· 3 years or more experience in the construction industry

· Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Yardi Property Management Software, Adobe, Drop Box, as well as the ability to understand and operate new computer applications as may be needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Administrative Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
Property management: 2 years (Preferred)
