Administrative Coordinator III – Facilities and Operations Jobs in Seattle, WA at Allen Institute
Responsibilities:
– Utilize Microsoft Word to create, format, and edit documents
– Perform data entry tasks to input and update information
– Coordinate reports by organizing and prioritizing tasks
– Responding to inquiries and resolving issues
– Creating invoices and billing clients
– Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing, and binding reports
– Great phone etiquette when communicating with colleagues
Skills:
– Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite. CCH a plus.
– Great interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
– Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks
– Accurate and efficient data entry skills
– Great attention to detail
– Great working as a team and independently
– Organizational skills with a focus on time management.
