We are seeking a full-time Lead Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The position provides office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks that support the effective and efficient operation of the clinic.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily operations of administrative support staff, ensuring quality customer service to all patients, visitors, or care partners.
Manage all front office duties, including insurance authorization and billing, registering patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the patient database.
Manage provider schedules, handle claim hold buckets, complete daily chart checks, and coordinate payment of clinic bills.
Ensure payment for services by coordinating insurance benefits and complying with regulations.
Ensure intake procedures are followed and completed by all staff.
Assist with enforcing policy compliance and updates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Customer service experience and prior medical office experience preferred
