The Meier Team is hiring an Administrative Coordinator in NYC 🏙️

We are looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in New York City real estate operations to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the day-to-day backend of NYC real estate.

Responsibilities include:

• Lease processing & coordination

• Renewal management

• Data entry & CRM management

• Listing and deal administration

• Managing paperwork, compliance, and deadlines

• Coordinating with agents, management companies, attorneys, and clients

• General administrative support for the team

Requirements:

• Prior experience in NYC real estate is REQUIRED

• Knowledge of leases, rentals, and transaction flow

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

• Experience with real estate platforms/CRMs preferred

• Must be proactive, professional, and detail-focused

Compensation: Starting salary of $75,000 annually, based on experience
