Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Office Clerk is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing Mail/Imaging operations, managing office supplies, processing required expense reports and supporting onsite meetings.
Location/Hours:
This position is based in our office in Columbus, OH and is a part time role working 20 hours per week.
Essential Job Functions:
Processes incoming mail according to Company/Department guidelines which includes, but is not limited to date stamping, opening, sorting, scanning and emailing mail or delivering to the appropriate department/individual mailbox in the Mail Room
Logs incoming mail, including certified mail, as required
Process incoming mail and other documents as requested by various departments in accordance with Company/Department guidelines
Process all outgoing mail
Assist with additional office requirements consisting of mailing packets, filing, scanning, phones, etc.
Perform data entry functions relating to mail records
Updates and maintains mail room procedure manual as needed
Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and assisting employees as needed.
Manage office supply inventory, including ordering and restocking office supplies, snacks, and kitchen essentials.
Process expense reports and maintain accurate records of office-related purchases.
Assist in scheduling and setting up conference rooms, including ordering catering, arranging materials, and ensuring meeting spaces are properly maintained.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure office needs are met efficiently.
Provide general administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Minimum Experience:
Six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience and/or training
Education/Licensure:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
