Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Coordinator to join our team. The Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in clerical tasks.

Duties:

– Perform general clerical duties, including filing and handling the mail

– Assist with Accounts Payable order entry and Customer/contact entry

– Manage small parcel shipments, primarily FEDEX

– Type emails and other documents as needed related to HR, AP, and Shipping

– Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide customer support

– Assist with purchasing and supply ordering

– Assist with HR-related tasks and special projects as required

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in an administrative role or background with AP / purchasing preferred

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

– Proficient in computer programs including outlook, word, excel, and ERP programs

– Strong written and verbal communication skills, bilingual in Spanish is a plus

– Ability to coordinate with various departments

– Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus

Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
