Property Summary:
Located in Paulding County, Georgia, Seven Hills is a sought-after master-planned community north of Atlanta of 3,000 units. At the heart of the community is a beautiful water park featuring a Junior Olympic swimming pool and the thrilling Super Saucer Slide. The community has a magnificent clubhouse overlooking a 13-acre water park with 10 lighted tennis courts, a pickleball court, basketball courts, a volleyball court and an Imagination Court. Additionally, there is a large children’s playground, dog park and picnic pavilion, as well as scenic hiking and biking trails that wind through the community. A full-time activities director coordinates various community activities and a full-time tennis pro keeps the organized play going year-round.
Handling day-to-day tasks and communication in a fast-paced environment
Assisting owners with questions regarding policies and procedures
Assisting owners with HOA related issues and communicate to GM when appropriate
Opening all mail and packages and distribute appropriately
Keeping all contact lists up to date
Keeping all Homeowner packets up to date
Using Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Keeping Security Binders up to date
Keeping all owner files up to date
Keeping owner portal up to date with monthly and annual documents
Acting as an owner liaison between owners/guests and vendors, as needed
Keeping file and record retention system up to date
Assisting in preparing, proofing and sending communications out to owners and others
Assisting CAM with projects and meetings as requested
Plus other work related tasks as needed
High school diploma or GED required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Power Point).
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, able to track projects, work orders, parts, supplies and communicate to residents and team on status.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Pay and Benefits:
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on education and experience.
