Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations, including welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and courier service
- sOversee daily office administration, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and efficient workplace environment while liaising with building management and service provider
- sCoordinate meeting logistics, including meeting room setup, refreshments, and post-meeting arrangement
- sArrange business travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and related travel suppor
- tManage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies, stationery, and administrative material
- sCoordinate the maintenance and servicing of office equipment, furniture, company vehicles, and other office facilitie
- sEnsure workplace safety, office cleanliness, energy conservation initiatives, and emergency supplies are properly maintaine
- dMaintain company records and archives, including document filing, retrieval, storage, and liaison with external document storage vendor
- sSupport departmental budget administration, procurement activities, expense claims, invoice processing, and cost trackin
- gReview and improve administrative processes, documentation, and internal procedures to enhance operational efficienc
