Job Summary: 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required
  • Support general office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Coordinated flight and hotel bookings for travel arrangements 

Requirements:

  • 0–2 year of experience in an administrative or similar role (Freshers can also apply)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
