Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer!

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support and assistance to the CNO & CFO and other assigned leadership staff. The Executive Assistant performs clerical and administrative tasks, including screening phone calls and emails, drafting letters, drafting memos, routing documentation, calendaring, meeting minutes, and other administrative duties to support the organizational operations. This position receives incoming communication, mail, or phone calls on behalf of senior staff and arranges travel and accommodations for executives and providers as needed. This position will be highly involved in contract management, meeting logistics, maintenance of operations documents, and coordination of community sponsorships and events. The Executive Assistant will need to project a professional demeanor while maintaining high confidentiality of the administration department, the hospital, and employees.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
Five years of relatable experience.
Public notary (must be obtained within 3 months of hire)
