ICA is a faith based Christian organization and began in 1990 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. The Institute for Children’s Aid (ICA)is a major division at International Christian Adoptions. We stand on Biblical principles in all we do lending hospitality and sanctuary to all who are in need coming into our care. ICA is dedicated in helping children and their families around the world and in the United States. Our staff are multi-lingual and multi-ethnic and professionally trained to assist in various trauma informed capacities. ICA promotes and secures the emotional, spiritual and physical welfare of children who have been victimized, abandoned or persecuted; found in the streets, war zones, government run institutions, refugee camps or family homes and provides them a family they can call their own. We are looking for people who want to make a difference in the lives of children, people who are ministry minded, people who go beyond their job descriptions.

Job DescriptionThe Administrator carries out activities to meet individual client needs utilizing a broad range of case management and oversight. A large part of the responsibilities is compliance driven, extensive filing and highly accurate reporting and strict adherence to timelines.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Time management and organizational skills are essential to ensure reports are done precisely on time, submitted and filed. Carry out timely tasks to ensure each client has living essentials such as housing, food, medical care, and access to transportation, and is oriented to their new environment.

Ensure digital and paper files are immaculate as they will be monitored federally.

Assist Manager in scheduling reading and editing reports.

Ensure all Case Managers get their work done on time sending out alerts.

Support efforts to link clients with appropriate educational, health, and social services. Assist clients to attain their established goals, address challenges, and utilize available resources.

Detail client interactions in accordance with program requirements. Input client information in database(s) and assist with tracking and reporting as needed.

Collaborate effectively with coworkers and partner organizations. Build and maintain relationships with area service providers for the benefit of clients.

Use personal, insured vehicle to travel and transport clients and materials as needed throughout the service delivery area.

May provide interpretation services.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, social work or related field of study preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
