🚀 We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant / Office Administrator

📍 Limassol

We’re growing our team at ANDREAS N. CHRISTOFOROU & ASSOCIATES LLC and looking for someone organized, sharp, and easy to work with to join us.

This role is flexible — it can suit someone junior who wants to learn and grow, or someone more experienced who can take ownership and help structure the office.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing emails, calendars, and daily coordination

• Supporting general admin and keeping things running smoothly

• Communicating with clients and following up when needed

• Assisting with documents and internal processes

• Coordinating with external partners (accountants, banks, etc.)

• Keeping track of expenses and general office organization.

What we’re looking for:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Good communication skills (Greek & English required)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, proactive, and able to take initiative

💡 Any additional languages or relevant experience are a plus
