About the Role:

As an Office Manager with Pavestone you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative and operational functions within our Henderson and Colorado Springs offices to ensure a smooth, efficient, and productive work environment. As well as:

Oversight and Support of the Office Functions and Personnel (helping with customer service, maintaining company documentation, logistics support, and leading the office teams to success)
Assisting with Accounting and Taking on Month-End Closing Procedures (working on billing and collections, maintaining accurate data and reporting, controlling inventory, and doing basic accounting functions)
Supporting HR Administration (assisting with recruiting and onboarding on few staff, training and staff development, as well as other employee relations tasks as needed)
Traveling to Fountain, CO (once a week) to Support That Team

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

Office Management Experience (at least 3 years)
A Bachelor’s Degree is Preferred (but experience can be considered in its place if necessary)
Customer Service Experience
Human Resources Experience
Good Multi-tasking, Communication, Customer Service, and Organizational Ability
Strong Technical Aptitude (JD Edwards (Preferred), KRONOS (Preferred), and Microsoft Office Products including Excel)
