Cubicle Solutions Inc. is an office furniture installation company operating in New England for over 23 years. In 2024, we opened a branch in Tampa, FL, and it’s since been growing rapidly.

We’re searching for someone with warehouse office experience to round out our team. Ideally, our new Operations Administrator would possess great written and verbal communication skills with which to not only interact with our installers, warehouse personnel, and branch manager, but they must also be able to communicate professionally and effectively with our customers as well. They should be comfortable with computers- including the use of Microsoft suite applications, Gmail, and Google Drive.

Flexibility and adaptability will be key in this role. This is an entirely new position in our Florida branch, and it will continue to evolve. Duties will include becoming cross-trained on all aspects of the business operations- including but not limited to:

Warehousing procedures and paperwork
Printing and coordinating outgoing work orders
Processing returned work orders
Scheduling incoming product
Verifying hours for payroll
Assisting in customer support by addressing receiving inquiries
Maintaining organized filing systems, both digital and physical
Collaborating with team members to improve operational processes and enhance overall efficiencies

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Fluency in English with proficient writing skills
Great computer and time management skills
A positive, friendly and helpful can-do attitude

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 7 am – 3:30 pm with a half-hour lunch
Occasional overtime may be available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
