Activities include

  • 1) Processing space allocation work requests and working with agency administrative offices to confirm or verify seating locations, move dates, and coordinated space changes with multiple personnel.
  • 2) Performing annual systems audits to confirm accuracy where assigned seating and personnel data are correct and producing reports to support all findings and discrepancies for corrections, making changes immediately.
  • 3) Organizing and coordinating orientation schedules for on-boarding new contractor staff throughout the agency.
  • 4) Providing the COR or leader of Workspace Management with headcount/workspace reports for all local and regional work sites upon request.
  • 5) Monthly comparing and confirming FTC generated personnel departure data with current headcount data within the move management software system.
  • 6) Attending team meetings to provide work status updates or to discuss issues related to assigning work spaces to the FTC community.
  • 7) Updating Service Now floor plan capacities, personnel organization/department codes, where applicable.
  • 8) Working directly with FTC IT groups to address software issues or failures that disrupt the software system’s ability to submit or process move tickets.
  • 9) Verbally and in written form discuss system changes, submittal errors, and other issues with FTC personnel of varies grade ranges.
