Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree. One year of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis.

Recruitment Notes

The Administrative Officer 2 responsible for supporting the Section Manager and Supervisor in managing the procurement daily tasks, maintain accurate procurement records, summit requisitions as required and ensure all purchases for the Security Division, Credentialing unit, MDSO and FIRE are done correctly and in a timely matter. Monitor and audit payroll entries in INFORMs, performance analysis, timesheets review and creations of various reports as requested. Responsible for planning, assigning, and reviewing clerical work for timely progress and accuracy of results. Assisting with budget preparation, forecasting, expenditure controls and reconciling budget expenditures.
