We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Past construction experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner.
Perform clerical duties such as contract preparation and maintaining organized records.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members as needed.
Utilize computerized systems for managing information and documentation efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
Experience in proofreading documents to ensure high-quality standards.
Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles is a plus.
