Responsibilities

  • Follow up with recruiters to update recruitment status on time.
  • Support recruitment reports on data update
  • Proceed and follow up paperwork of payment
  • Proceed and follow up documents for new staff
  • To support job fairs and recruitment activities
  • Update data on recruitment system
  • Other tasks from Team

Skill Requirements

  • Capable of using office software applications (MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, etc…)

Required Experience

  • Minimum 6 months of working experience in recruitment/admin support or similar administrative positions.
  • Fresh candidates with relevant internship or part-time admin experience are also welcome.

Required Education and qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Good communication skills
  • Good persuading skills
  • Good English skills
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Careful, proactive, outgoing
  • Working under high pressure
