Responsibilities
- Follow up with recruiters to update recruitment status on time.
- Support recruitment reports on data update
- Proceed and follow up paperwork of payment
- Proceed and follow up documents for new staff
- To support job fairs and recruitment activities
- Update data on recruitment system
- Other tasks from Team
Skill Requirements
- Capable of using office software applications (MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, etc…)
Required Experience
- Minimum 6 months of working experience in recruitment/admin support or similar administrative positions.
- Fresh candidates with relevant internship or part-time admin experience are also welcome.
Required Education and qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Good communication skills
- Good persuading skills
- Good English skills
- Willing to learn new things
- Careful, proactive, outgoing
- Working under high pressure
