Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Officer role located in Quezon City. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, providing organizational and clerical support, managing communications, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Additional responsibilities include supporting customer service initiatives and assisting in maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proven ability in Communication and providing excellent Customer Service
  • Exceptional Organization Skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with standard office software and technology
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
