Duties
Provide guidance on staffing, benefits, and leave to organizational unit
Identify budget compliance issues and propose corrective solutions
Contribute analysis for budget forecasts
Define requirements and evaluate proposals for procurement contracts
Conduct analysis to improve organizational efficiency
Develop protocols and controls for property management

Qualifications
Applicants must possess one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 (ZA-I at NIST) level.
Specialized experience is defined as:
Documenting and processing paperwork for new hires and personnel actions
Reviewing and processing financial transactions such as invoices, travel claims, or purchase orders, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
and guidelines
Resolving purchase order issues by liaising with vendors, procurement personnel, and internal stakeholders
OR
Master’s or equivalent degree.
OR
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related
OR
A combination of education and experience.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application. Education
This position allows applicants to qualify with education. Transcripts must be submitted to validate that the education requirement has been met. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted in the application package. However, an official copy will be required prior to a final offer of employment.
