Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Description

We are looking for an adaptable, organized, and motivated candidate who is ready to provide assistance with both professional and administrative tasks to join our team at Park Street. In this role, you will be responsible for providing aid to various team members with daily requests and supporting both staff and managers on a daily basis. The position provides a range of administrative duties to support the company as a whole including organizing online files and folders, data entry, maintaining online information, assisting in different department projects and corresponding with team members. The main function of this role is to provide administrative assistance to support the company.

Job Responsibilities

Provide support to multiple departments with projects as requested
Perform basic clerical tasks, including organizing files and data entry
Provide general support to staff and management
Effectively prioritize tasks an manage time to meet deadlines and shifting priorities

Qualifications

Flexibility, as tasks and projects may change daily
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates organizational skills
Completes projects and task in a timely manner
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow up on tasks without constant supervision
Customer service skills

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 1 year of experience in an office setting, handling clerical tasks such as document preparation and email management
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, or basic office management software
Customer Service: Experience interacting with clients or customers, either in-person or via phone/email, to provide information or resolve inquiries

Excepted Hours: 40 per week

Salary/Compensation:

$18-22 per hour
