The Administrative Operations Team Lead will assist with the cost allocation in the system and provide general administrative support to the administration department and all the Operations team.

Job Description

Cost allocation duties of the multiple services in the system.

Responsible for detecting and channeling risk variables that directly affect the profitability of an operation.

Verify providers rate cards.

Control of changes in supplier rates.

Analyze upward trends in the rates of agents, carriers and direct supplies of the operation.

Verification of how costs are allocated respect of the current rate cards.

Quality control of the data entered into the system.

Transfer and transmit the costs of services in the system.

Response and support of the cost deviations detected from the Administration department.

Improvements in processes and systems that allow cost reduction without affecting the quality of service

Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Analyze and create reports including but not limited to:

Identification of deviations for their correction.

Trend in costs for services, routes, origins and destinations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of Data, or Business Systems Analyst experience

Associate’s Degree Preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Must be able to work independently while handling multiple priorities and responsibilities.

Must have strong problem-solving, time management, organization skills.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Must be Bilingual: Spanish & English

Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Office Setting, has one day option to work from home. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
