What does an Administrative Assistant do at Falcon? Our Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to company officials and managers, receptionist duties, switchboard operation and general office management duties.

Skills needed for this role: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Core Hours: 1st Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday)

Education / Experience: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college or 2-years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Status: Non-Exempt
