POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing various ongoing projects simultaneously and work closely with staff to ensure operations are running efficiently This position is responsible for supervising, discipline, and organizing administrative staff.
DUTIES
Back up of all administrative duties (open/close).
Billing for all office sites. Ensure all billing is accurate and complete. Understand and backup all billing.
Understand payment source requirements. Assist program director with quality control of documentation.
Keep office supplies stocked at all offices (urine supplies, forms, Office Max).
Supervise and support clerical staff, including managing administrative staff schedules.
Oversee administrative duties of clinical staff (daily duties, promptness, etc).
Delegation of room assignments.
Oversee file room and administrative staff in file room.
Manage calendar events and logistics of building setup.
Organization of payroll and request offs for administrative staff.
Conduct new employee orientation for administrative and payroll staff.
Manage all petty cash.
Streamline programs and organizations.
Performs other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of an Associate’s degree in in business administration or a related field. A bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two years of managerial experience.
Two years of related experience in billing and administrative duties.
