We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, customer service expertise, and office management capabilities. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting daily operations, managing front desk activities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Utilize Google Suite effectively for scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and creating documents or presentations as needed.
Assist in office management tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring the office environment is welcoming and efficient.
Handle customer inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent customer service while resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as required.
Process incoming and outgoing mail daily and in timely manner.
Process invoices and payments for customers.
Requirements
Friendly Disposition
Fluent in Spanish (speak, read, write) is a MUST.
Strong proficiency in Google Suite applications (Chat, e-mail, Calendar) is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
