This is a full-time, hourly, on-site position.

What you will accomplish:

Coordinate office and administrative activities, including sorting/routing incoming mail and other materials, setup on and off-site meetings, organize project records and files, and ordering or purchasing of office or field supplies and food.

Manage office equipment servicing and vendor relations.

Provide and maintain records of employee building access cards.

Manage the fleet vehicles including arrangement of log term rentals, scheduling maintenance and keeping maintenance records, checking tire tread to determine replacement needs, equipping vehicles with all required safety items, preparing forms and information for driver safety, and tracking and reporting mileage.

Support the Lead Logistics Coordinator with organizing field equipment, booking travel, scheduling field staff, organizing outcoming and incoming field forms, tracking expenditures and reconciling credit card statements, and coordination of project logistics with Project Managers and Directors.

Support the Office Safety Representative to manage health and safety compliance tasks.

Assist staff and project managers with document production, data entry, UPS/FedEx shipments, and vendor communications, among other tasks as they arise.

Manage office operations and front desk duties to include maintaining inventory of office supplies, ensuring office kitchen is stocked and organized, answering calls and directing them to appropriate personnel, greeting and assisting vendors, watering plants, etc.
