A high-profile venture capitalist in San Francisco is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in both professional and personal matters. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs, and is comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and coordinate meetings, investor calls, and travel itineraries.
Travel Arrangements: Handle booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for domestic and international travel.
Email & Communication Support: Draft emails, manage correspondence, and act as a liaison between the VC and key stakeholders.
Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in planning dinners, networking events, and investor gatherings.
Research & Reporting: Conduct market research, prepare briefing documents, and compile reports as needed.
Administrative Support: Manage expenses, process invoices, and handle personal errands.
Household & Lifestyle Management: Oversee personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, running errands, and coordinating with household staff.
Special Projects: Support on investment research, startup evaluations, and other high-priority projects.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting a high-profile individual.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and works independently.
Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Has experience in the venture capital or startup ecosystem. Familiar with investor relations, deal flow, and industry trends. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
