Job Description:
The Role
In this position, you’ll provide key administrative support to the President of Melissa Doug, in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate possesses executive assistant experience. This role also involves maintaining a high standard of confidentiality, while managing the integrity and security of confidential and privileged documents and information. You will be expected to be in the office a minimum of 4 days per week the role will require your time and attention outside of standard office hours.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex and dynamic calendars, coordinate scheduling across multiple key stakeholders and plan meetings and activities proactively
Assist with meeting preparation and follow up, including maintaining agendas, creating pre-meeting materials, taking notes as needed, distributing and following up on action items
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
Identify and oversee any conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously and proactively, following through on projects to successful completion under tight deadlines
Provide occasional support to direct reports of the President as needed
Responsible for light research and project management
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of Administration experience with at least 2 years supporting C-Suite/VP+ executives
Strong time management and project coordination skills
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
Proficient user of Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize workload, supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment
Experience working autonomously with limited supervision
Experience supporting multiple supporting multiple projects and executives simultaneously
The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Connecticut is $70,000 to $90,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
