Salary
This is a junior role with a take-home salary of INR 10,000 per month. Salary will be reviewed every 3 months based on performance. You would be part of a collaborative and supportive work environment, with opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement within the organization.
Responsibilities
Marking Daily Attendance and roster files
Communicating with teachers and students regarding all class-related matters including class schedules, cancellations, class recordings, demos, and all class-related matters.
Communicating with students about reschedules and timekeeping
Efficiently manage the Director’s’ schedule, including meetings, and appointments.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Designing & and assisting in content and marketing-related activities
Connecting with new students and new inquiries
Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Thoroughness in proofreading documents and correspondence.
Efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Prioritize assignments to ensure timely completion.
Any other tasks that are relevant for companies growth and advancement
Requirements
Available online beyond working hours including weekends for class-schedule-related communications.
Proficiently use technology and software tools to streamline tasks and enhance efficiency.
Adapt to a dynamic work environment, embracing new technologies and processes to stay ahead of organizational needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
