We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Administrator to support our office operations in London.

The role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining efficient workflows within the team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring booking requests for employment to agency workers, as well as the bookings for these requests.
  • Booking interviews and sending booking confirmation to candidates.
  • Checking paperwork and right to work documents.
  • Managing the client’s dedicated email account.
  • Answering workers’ and clients’ queries over the phone via a dedicated duty phone line which is active from 7 am to 9 pm for emergencies, clients’ requests, cancellations and reporting sickness.

  • IT Literacy: Competency with office software like the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), email management, and database entry.
  • Time Management: The ability to prioritise tasks, manage calendars, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal skills for drafting emails, taking meeting minutes, and being in contact with clients or workers.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry, filing, and proofreading.
  • Flexibility: Due to the nature of the role and the duties, weekend availability is essential.
