Description:
Maintain and monitor appropriate inventory of office supplies for program(s) and Kids Club
Coordinate food for groups and the serving set-up as needed
Assist Advocates and Facilitators in program preparation, including but not limited to preparing materials, arranging meeting areas, and other program related activities• Assist in preparation of participant certificates and gift cards for incentives/barrier reduction• Prepare Purchase Orders and send to Program Director for approval• Input and maintain grant writing schedule in shared tools (Box, Google Calendar, Outlook, etc)• Coordinate and schedule meetings, check-ins, and review sessions• Track progress against the schedule, assist with formatting and editing documents as needed• Assist in hiring, scheduling, supervising, evaluating and training Kids Club workers• Assist with ensuring fidelity and adapting Kids Club 2Gen curriculum to fit children’s needs and abilities• Record and distribute department meeting minutes• Other ancillary duties that support program Director and program services• Ability to work a flexible schedule as program needs require minimal travel and evenings Requirements: • AA/AS degree in human services related field• Understanding of cultural diversity including the culture of poverty and hard to reach or resistant individuals and families• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CANVA, and demonstrate competent computer skill
