Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant to the President will provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, ensuring efficient management of their schedule and daily operations. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, quick-thinking, and adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously. Strong computer skills and a professional phone presence are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the President’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the President, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the President.
Meeting Support: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters pertaining to the President and the organization.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous phone presence.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
Organization: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism.
