Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in administrative, facilities, or related roles
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills
- Ability to handle employees, security personnel, and vendors
- Knowledgeable in basic safety, security, and facilities management
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
- Detail-oriented, flexible, firm, and trustworthy
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
Responsibilities
- Act as Admin Staff and Safety Officer, ensuring store security and safety compliance
- Supervise in-and-out monitoring of employees, personnel, and merchandisers
- Ensure proper uniforms, IDs, and requirements before allowing entry to store premises
- Maintain and update all logbooks, passes, and administrative records
- Conduct daily pep talks with security personnel and janitors
- Monitor cleanliness of offices, common areas, guardhouse, and store premises
- Ensure proper posting of security personnel and merchandisers
- Monitor building safety, lock premises after operating hours, and ensure equipment is properly turned off
- Oversee store facilities, repairs, maintenance, and coordinate with contractors
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports
- Conduct inventory of store equipment, supplies, passes, and admin materials
- Handle gate passes, lost and found items, and safekeeping of store assets
- Assist HR and Admin Manager on maintenance, pest control, and safety-related concerns
- Perform other administrative and safety-related tasks assigned by Management
