Start an exciting new career with an organization that is on the move! These positions are located at NCDMV complex in Rocky Mount.  This Posting is accepting applications for positions 60030934, 60030847, and 60030899.  You only need to apply once to be considered for all positions.  The position will compile and maintain reports on stolen and/or recovered vehicles in North Carolina and process notice of intent to sell vehicles to satisfy storage or mechanic liens. This position will receive DWI and speeding to elude motor vehicle seizure reports from state and local law enforcement agencies, verify and enter the data into the DMV computer systems within a time frame specified by statute. The position will ensure lien holders, and all interested parties are notified of sales by certified mail. The employee must be able to communicate by telephone with the general public, lien holders, insurance companies, vehicle, and landowners, as well as provide interpretation and communication of North Carolina laws pertaining to motor vehicle storage and mechanic liens. This position will compose inquiry letters to unclaimed vehicle reports, mechanic/storage liens, tax warrants, DWI seizures, stolen and recovered vehicle reports. This position uses Microsoft Office, the Image Plus workstation Scanner Program, and various DMV systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies

Customer service experience, resolving customer issues.

Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or Outlook. 

Experience completing and maintaining records and reports. 

Experience interpreting rules, regulations, policies, procedures and laws. 

Experience reviewing and processing information to determine a conclusion using policy and procedure guidelines.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
