Responsibilities:

– Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars

– Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, detailed daily and monthly transactions, and other documents

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

– Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out meeting invitations

– Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as accounts receivable and double entry bookkeeping

– Process payroll and maintain employee records

– Assist with any store runs as needed and purchasing supplies for the office

– Utilize accounting software, such as google drive, google docs, google sheets

– Provide support to the office manager and other team members as needed

Experience:

– Previous experience in governmental accounting or public accounting is preferred

– Strong knowledge of bookkeeping duties

– Familiarity with submitting and updating vendor documents as needed

– Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable & payroll processing

– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

– Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

– Proficient in google drive (docs, sheeets)

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour
