We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our Denham Springs, LA team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with customers, and is skilled at juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a sense of calm and organization. You’ll excel in developing strong client relationships, ensuring the team understands and aligns with client goals, and bringing creative solutions that add business value. Your Objectives

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and texts, ensuring world-class service for clients, service technicians, and manufacturers
Assist in dispatching and routing Field Service Technicians to various service calls, ensuring quick and efficient response times
Perform general office support tasks, including scheduling, managing paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and updating customer information as needed
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Manage work in progress, proactively handle open service orders, anticipate customer needs, and resolve escalated service issues effectively
Work closely with management and the service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
Learn and use company systems, including cloud-based scheduling tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
Provide insight to improve business operations and enhance customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and handle dynamic situations with confidence
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and scheduling software preferred
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision where priorities can shift quickly
Able to prioritize tasks effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative roles where multitasking was essential

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
At least 1 year of customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience.
