Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a highly skilled Administrative Specialist Level 2 to provide mid-level administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams. This role supports AFWERX’s initiatives by ensuring smooth operations through effective communication, scheduling, coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to AFWERX personnel and teams.
Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for staff and project teams.
Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of reports, correspondence, presentations, and briefings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, process travel authorizations and vouchers using systems like the Defense Travel System (DTS).
Maintain filing systems and records in accordance with Air Force policies and federal regulations.
Track and manage action items, deadlines, and recurring administrative requirements.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to support AFWERX programs and events.
Monitor office supplies and equipment and support procurement processes as needed.
Support logistical planning for workshops, events, and team activities.
Use Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other Air Force administrative platforms to manage communications and documentation.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirements:
Active Secret security clearance
Minimum of 7 years of relevant administrative experience
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with federal or DoD administrative policies and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
High level of discretion in handling sensitive and classified information.
Specialized Tool Experience
: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Additional Information
Must possess an Active Secret security clearance.
