1.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Specific responsibilities may include:

· Handle basic clerical duties such as sorting and filing documents.

· Scan documents and enter data in the system.

· Professionally administer all incoming calls.

· Ensure calls are redirected accordingly.

· Greet and assist onsite guests.

· Distribute mail appropriately.

· Maintain office supplies inventory.

· Sort payroll checks.

· Other duties as assigned.

2.0 REQUIREMENTS

2.1 EDUCATION AND TRAINING

· High school diploma or equivalent.

2.2 EXPERIENCE

· Previous clerical experience a plus.

2.3 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

· Basic MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

· Strong organizational skills.

· Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

2.4 PHYSICAL AND SAFETY

· Reasonable accommodations are made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

· Sitting, bending, standing, walking, 8-10 hours per day.

· Able to lift 20 lbs.

· Must comply with any safety or PPE requirements.

· Exposure to production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per year
