Our two brands, Shark, and Ninja, have enjoyed unprecedented growth in the past 5 years, driven mainly by the very strong innovation pipeline and impactful market presence on both brands. Given this success in our existing markets, Shark Ninja has embarked on a bold plan for growing APAC business, in which South Korea plays a critical role. We plan to scale South Korea on the back of disruptive product innovation and marketing investments.

The Sales Admin Specialist at SharkNinja is a key player in supporting the sales team and retail business operations, helping to drive sales performance and market competitiveness. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support monthly closing, sales reporting, inventory management, manage data, coordinate with various departments, and support strategic retail projects.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do:

Key Responsibilities

1) Monthly Closing & Settlement

  • Consolidate monthly sell-in and sell-out data to finalize sales results.
  • Prepare monthly revenue, trade spend, and promotional settlement data in collaboration with Finance.
  • Issue and validate tax invoices (including e-invoices).
  • Review retailer and Cosmo invoices/claims and verify accuracy.
  • Support debit/credit note issuance for discrepancies or adjustments.

2) Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare and distribute weekly sales and KPI reports.
  • Support the retail team in setting monthly store targets and quarterly MBO targets
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and channel performance to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and dashboards for internal reviews and retailer business meetings.

3) Sales Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate communication across Sales, Marketing, SCM, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Track and report promotional execution across retailers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales decks, proposals, and retail documentation.
  • Support SKU listing, pricing updates, and administrative processes required for retail execution.
  • Assist in implementing changes and initiatives to enhance store performance and competitiveness.

4) Inventory & Order Management

  • Monitor HQ and WMS inventory levels and share updates internally.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Support RTV, transfer orders, inbound/outbound tracking, and general stock operations.
  • Maintain office operational supplies and administrative materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of Sales Admin Experience in FMCG or Retail.
  • Native-level proficiency in Korean required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in South Korea.
  • Must be available to start within one month of offer confirmation.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, data management). Power BI is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is preferred.
  • Proactive, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a supportive team-player mindset.
  • English proficiency preferred (written and spoken).
