Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 30-minute unpaid meal break)

Position Summary

The Assistant to the President / Office Manager ensures seamless administrative operations and executive support in a fast-paced, high-integrity environment. This hybrid role (Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office) demands impeccable attention to detail, excellent judgment, and the highest level of discretion in handling confidential matters. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while upholding the professionalism and values of the organization. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and professionally formatted correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports with a sharp eye for detail.
Coordinate the President’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics with precision and foresight.
Handle confidential communications, records, and files with absolute discretion and integrity.
Manage physical and electronic mail, including scanning, forwarding, and coordinating FedEx/UPS shipments.
Serve as the liaison for all in-office operations, ensuring a professional, welcoming environment.
Answer and manage the office phone line, taking messages with clarity and confidentiality.
Contribute to event planning for annual functions in Antigua and/or NYC.
Support light project coordination, document organization, and online research tasks as needed.
Maintain a consistent presence of professionalism, confidentiality, and trustworthiness in all aspects of the role.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in an administrative support, executive assistant, or office manager role.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
