Role Description
We’re looking for a full-time Administrator to join our team in Mansfield. This is an office-based role where you’ll play an important part in keeping things running smoothly day to day.
You’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing office processes, maintaining accurate records, handling client enquiries, and supporting the wider team. You’ll also help organise documents, arrange appointments, and provide general clerical support.
This role is key to ensuring everything stays well organised and efficient, helping the team deliver a high standard of service to our clients.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable using administrative tools and software, including Microsoft Office
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, especially when handling data and maintaining records
- Able to work independently and use initiative to solve problems
- Good customer service skills, with a friendly and professional approach to client enquiries
- Previous experience in financial services or familiarity with finance terminology would be helpful, but not essential
