Nationwide Engineering is growing and we’re looking for a reliable, organised Administrator to support our busy teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Location: Amesbury, near Solstice Park
Hours: 20–25 per week (flexible, ideally across 5 days)
Contract: 12‑month FTC with potential to go permanent
Salary: £14ph
Start: ASAP
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing supplier invoices accurately
- Maintaining up‑to‑date supplier records
- Handling calls and emails professionally
- Supporting general admin tasks across the department
- Managing filing, data entry and document preparation
- Liaising with colleagues to resolve queries
- Helping ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office
What We’re Looking For
- Previous admin experience
- Confident communicator (phone and email)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using email and standard office systems
- Friendly, approachable team player
Desirable
- Experience in accounts or invoice processing
- Familiarity with basic finance processes
- Experience in a busy office environment
