We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join a busy and dynamic lettings team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), with a strong possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.

You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the lettings team, ensuring processes run smoothly while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and customer service across all interactions with tenants, landlords, and contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the lettings team, including document preparation and record management.
  • Coordinate appointments, property viewings, inspections, and general office schedules.
  • Maintain accurate tenant, landlord, and property records across internal systems and databases.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, handling enquiries and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
