Reporting directly to Inventory Team Leader the successful individual will carry out inventory and stock work to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the business unit.

Duties:

Ability to work on your own initiative to deliver results and solve problems.

Customer contact via phone and emails

Operational support

General Administration Tasks

Completes shift handovers accurately.

Internalcommunication

Face to Facecommunicationwith 3PL’s

Communicationwith couriers through email, phone, and face to face.

Ensure all colleagues follow Safe Working Practices and Health and Safety

Ensure all documentation is dealt with; accordingly, all relevant paperwork is checked and handed to the relevant department.

To make sure all warehouse discrepancies are reported to customer.

Maintains records and completes reports as directed by the Team Leader

To ensure housekeeping standards are consistently maintained.

Support Team Leaders to ensure smooth workflow throughout the day.

Carry out any other duties as directed by a member of the management team.

Skills & Experience Required:

Excellent verbal & writtencommunication skills

Good organizational and planning skills

Good interpersonal skills

Good analytical and numerical skills

Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements

Excellent computer skills, IT Literate, especially in Excel and Outlook

Attention to detail.

WMS experience – ideally Blue Yonder (BY)

Previous experience as an administrator in a large supply chain solution
